Cloakroom
The cloakroom is on the ground floor by the main entrance. Outerwear, large bags and umbrellas must be left before viewing the expositions — this is free.
Photography
Free photography without flash is allowed in all halls except specially marked areas. For filming with a tripod or professional equipment, we recommend arranging it in advance by the information phone.
Accessibility for visitors with limited mobility
The building is equipped with ramps at the entrance, lifts between floors and restrooms for visitors with limited mobility. If you need assistance, notify the administrator at the entrance — they will help you.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to book in advance to visit the expositions?
Self-guided viewing of the expositions is available without prior booking. Booking is required only for organised groups of 10 or more people.
How do I book a guided tour?
Guided tours are free and booked in advance by phone 75-35-35. Let us know your preferred date, time and the number of people in the group.
Can I visit with children?
Yes, admission with children is free. For school groups we recommend arranging the tour programme in advance by the information phone.
How does the library reading room work?
The reading room is open during the center's working hours. To work with the collections you need to have an identity document with you.
Can we come as a large group?
Groups of more than 10 people need to book in advance — this way we will choose a convenient time and run the tour without queues.
